Gợi ý & tài liệu

Children should be kind to their classmates because school is not only a place for academic learning, but also a place where they learn how to live with other people. If children treat others with respect, they can build a more comfortable classroom atmosphere, and that makes everyone more willing to join activities, ask questions, and make mistakes without feeling embarrassed. Kindness also helps children develop empathy, which is a skill they will need later in life, especially at work. In most schools, children probably cannot freely choose their deskmates because teachers often arrange seats based on behavior, learning needs, or classroom management. However, even if they sit next to someone they do not naturally like, they still need to learn how to cooperate. This is quite similar to the workplace, where we cannot always choose our colleagues, but we still have to be polite, reliable, and professional. At work, I think a colleague's personality matters a lot. Skills and knowledge are important, of course, but if someone is selfish, negative, or hard to communicate with, it can affect the whole team. Good colleagues make work smoother because they share information, support others, and reduce unnecessary stress. The most popular people at work are usually those who are approachable, responsible, and positive. Knowledgeable people can also be popular, but only if they are willing to help others rather than showing off.
