I think some people find it hard to relax because their minds are constantly switched on. Even when they are physically at home, they may still be thinking about deadlines, money, family responsibilities, or messages from work. In many modern societies, being busy is almost seen as a sign of success, so people can feel guilty when they slow down. Technology also makes this worse, because it blurs the line between work and personal life. Exercise is one of the best ways to deal with this kind of stress. It improves physical health, of course, but it also clears the mind and helps people sleep better. In my country, some people do exercise after work, especially younger adults who go to the gym, play football, or walk in the park. However, many people are too tired after a long working day, so they just go home and rest. At home, I would say people spend most of their time in the living room or bedroom, because those are the places where they watch videos, use their phones, talk with family, or simply recover from the day. I do think schools should teach young people how to relax, not in a very formal or complicated way, but through simple habits like breathing exercises, stretching, time management, and taking breaks from screens. These skills are just as useful as academic knowledge, because stress starts quite early nowadays. As for whether mental or physical relaxation is more important, I would say mental relaxation matters slightly more. If your body is tired, you can usually recover with sleep, but if your mind is overloaded, it can affect your mood, relationships, and even your physical health.
