Gợi ý & tài liệu
People travel to other cities or countries for a mixture of curiosity, relaxation, and a desire to step outside their daily routine. A different place can offer new food, architecture, scenery, and social customs, so travel feels like a way to broaden one’s horizons rather than just take a break. Some people also travel for practical reasons, such as visiting family, attending events, shopping, or experiencing a climate that is very different from where they live. Historical cities are especially popular because they give visitors a sense of depth and identity. When people walk through old streets, temples, castles, or museums, they feel connected to stories from the past. Places with historical attractions often develop tourism more actively because those sites are unique assets. Local governments and businesses can build guided tours, hotels, restaurants, souvenir shops, and cultural festivals around them, which creates jobs and brings in revenue. However, living in a tourist city can be quite noisy. Large numbers of visitors mean more buses, taxis, nightlife, street performances, and crowds gathering near famous landmarks. Noise pollution is often worse than in ordinary cities because tourist activity is concentrated in a few popular areas and continues late into the evening. As for planned travel, I think many people like having at least a basic plan because it saves time and reduces stress, but they still want some flexibility so the trip does not feel too rigid or rushed.
