Gợi ý & tài liệu
The transportation I use the most is probably a motorbike, because it is the most practical way to get around in Vietnam. In big cities, traffic can be heavy and streets are often quite narrow, so a motorbike gives me more flexibility than a car. For short trips, it is cheap, convenient, and much easier to park. That said, if I need to travel a long distance or go to the airport, I usually use a ride-hailing car because it is more comfortable and safer in bad weather. Public transportation is becoming more popular in Vietnam, especially among students, office workers, and people who want to save money. Buses are still the most common option, but they are not always reliable because they can be delayed by traffic. In my hometown, public transport could be improved by having more frequent services, cleaner vehicles, clearer route information, and better connections between buses, metro stations, schools, hospitals, and residential areas. In terms of leisure facilities, I think parks, sports centers, libraries, walking streets, and community swimming pools can be used by people of all ages. Young people in Vietnam also seem to enjoy going to the cinema, especially when there is a popular international film or a big Vietnamese movie release. As for the subway system, it is still developing, mainly in major cities like Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. It may take time to become a daily habit for many people, but if it is affordable, punctual, and well connected, it could really reduce congestion and make urban life more sustainable.
