Gợi ý & tài liệu
I see online shopping as a very convenient and almost unavoidable part of modern life. Compared with the past, people no longer have to spend a whole afternoon going from shop to shop just to compare prices or find a particular item. Now they can read reviews, check different sellers, and have things delivered to their door, which is especially useful for busy workers or people living far from big shopping areas. That said, shopping habits do vary by age. Younger people are generally more comfortable buying things through apps because they trust digital payments and they are used to recommendations from social media. Older people may still prefer physical shops, partly because they can see the product directly and speak to a real salesperson. A shopping mall is also different from a small shop: malls offer variety, entertainment, and big brands, while small local shops often provide a more personal service and can build stronger relationships with customers. The main advantage of online shopping is efficiency. It saves time, gives customers more choice, and often makes price comparison easier. However, it also has drawbacks. Products may not look the same as they do online, delivery can be delayed, and returning items can be frustrating. So overall, I think online shopping is extremely useful, but it works best when people are careful and do not buy impulsively just because something is easy to click on.
