Gợi ý & tài liệu

Yes, I think having a break during work or study is extremely important, especially for children and young people. If someone studies for hours without stopping, their concentration usually drops, and they may become tired or stressed. A short break, even just ten or fifteen minutes, can help them recharge, clear their mind, and come back with better focus. For students, breaks are not a waste of time; they are actually part of learning effectively. Nowadays, young people in Vietnam enjoy a mix of traditional and modern activities. Many still like football, badminton, swimming, and basketball, but there are also more options than 20 years ago, such as gym workouts, dance classes, martial arts, e-sports, and outdoor activities like camping or cycling. Children may spend time playing sports, learning music, or using tablets, while adults often choose coffee with friends, exercise, travel, or simply watching films at home. However, I don’t think most people balance work and life perfectly, especially in big cities in Vietnam. Many adults work long hours, and children often have school, homework, and extra classes, so leisure time can be quite limited. That said, people are becoming more aware of mental health and the need to switch off. In my view, both children and adults need regular free time, because it helps them stay healthier, happier, and more productive in the long run.
