Gợi ý & tài liệu
I think balancing life and work is less about dividing time perfectly and more about setting clear priorities. For me, work should have its own space, but it shouldn’t take over everything. I try to plan my most important tasks first, avoid unnecessary distractions, and leave some time for exercise, family, and proper rest. If I don’t do that, I may look busy, but I’m not really productive in the long run. If I realise something is a waste of time, I usually stop doing it, or at least reduce it. Of course, it depends on the situation. Sometimes we continue doing things because of habit, pressure from others, or fear of missing out. But generally, I think being honest about how we spend our time is important, because wasted time often becomes stress later. People can feel pressured by many things, such as deadlines, financial responsibilities, competition at work, or expectations from family and society. In modern life, social media also adds pressure because people constantly compare themselves with others. As for rules, some people refuse to abide by them because they think the rules are unfair, inconvenient, or not relevant to them. Others simply dislike being controlled. However, in most cases, rules exist to keep things organised and fair, so ignoring them can create problems for everyone.
