Gợi ý & tài liệu

Yes, I do think it is important to know about other cultures, especially nowadays when people study, work, and communicate across borders all the time. Understanding other cultures helps us avoid judging people too quickly and makes us more open-minded. For example, something that seems rude in one country might simply be normal social behaviour in another, so cultural awareness can prevent unnecessary misunderstandings. In my opinion, the best way to learn about a foreign culture is through a mixture of real-life experience and reliable sources. Travelling or living abroad is very effective because you can observe how people actually behave in daily life, not just what is written in books. However, reading, watching documentaries, speaking to foreigners, and learning the language can also give you a deeper understanding, especially if you cannot go overseas. For language learning, studying abroad is usually better because you are surrounded by the language every day, but studying in your home country can still work well if you have good teachers and enough chances to practise. I think the biggest problem when working in a foreign country is adapting to different workplace expectations. People may have different ideas about punctuality, hierarchy, communication style, or how directly they should express disagreement. As for foreign cultures becoming popular in my country, I have mixed feelings. I think it is interesting and beneficial because it brings new food, music, fashion, and ideas, but we should also be careful not to lose our own traditions. So overall, cultural exchange is positive as long as people respect both foreign cultures and their own cultural identity.
