I’d say people should set goals in most situations, but not blindly under every circumstance. Goals can give you direction and a sense of control, especially when life is busy or uncertain. For example, if someone wants to improve their career or health, having a clear target helps them measure progress. That said, goals should be flexible, because sometimes circumstances change and sticking too rigidly to an old goal can create unnecessary stress or even lead to poor decisions. When it comes to work, I think employers should reward employees with money, but money shouldn’t be the only form of recognition. A bonus or pay rise is a very practical way to show that someone’s effort has real value, and it can be highly motivating. However, employees also need respect, opportunities for promotion, and a healthy working environment. If a company only uses money as a reward but ignores people’s workload or career growth, the motivation may not last long. As for keeping fit at work, yes, I think it is increasingly important. Many jobs today involve sitting for long hours, so employees can easily develop health problems or lose energy during the day. Companies don’t have to force people to exercise, but they can encourage healthier habits, such as standing desks, short breaks, or wellness programs. In the long run, healthier employees are usually more productive, more focused, and less likely to burn out.
