Gợi ý & tài liệu

I’d say there are probably more beautiful things around us now, but not necessarily because people today are more artistic than people in the past. In the past, beauty was often found in nature, traditional buildings, folk music, handmade objects, and religious or cultural art. Those things had a lot of depth and character. Nowadays, we still have natural beauty, but we also have modern architecture, digital art, photography, fashion, films, and public spaces that are designed to look attractive. So in terms of variety and accessibility, beauty is much more visible now. In my country, Vietnam, there are many scenic places that people consider beautiful, such as Ha Long Bay, the terraced rice fields in Sapa, the beaches in Da Nang, and the old streets of Hoi An. I think people create beautiful things because beauty gives life meaning. It can express identity, emotion, faith, or even national pride. People usually come into contact with beautiful things in nature, museums, temples, galleries, on social media, and even in everyday places like cafes or parks. As for whether people prefer music to paintings and literature, I think many Vietnamese people do, mainly because music is easier to enjoy while doing other things. Paintings and literature often require more time, knowledge, and concentration. Finally, people still travel to scenic spots in person because direct experience is much more powerful than reading about a place. You can feel the atmosphere, hear the sounds, see the colors changing with the light, and create personal memories, which books or photos can’t fully replace.
