Gợi ý & tài liệu

Yes, I think being patient is generally very good for people because it helps them make better decisions and maintain healthier relationships. When someone is patient, they are less likely to react emotionally or say something they regret. For example, at work, a patient person can listen to feedback, deal with delays, and solve problems more calmly, which often leads to better results in the long run. I do think many people are less patient now than in the past, mainly because modern life trains us to expect everything instantly. We can order food, send messages, and get information within seconds, so waiting starts to feel uncomfortable. Social media also makes people used to quick rewards, like likes and short videos, which can reduce their attention span. Children often lack patience because their brains are still developing, especially the part related to self-control. They usually want immediate satisfaction, so waiting for a toy, a game, or their turn can feel very difficult. However, people can become more patient by practising small habits, such as waiting before replying, setting long-term goals, or doing activities that require steady effort, like learning an instrument or playing a sport.
