Gợi ý & tài liệu

In daily life, people usually plan the practical things that help the day run smoothly, such as when to leave for work, what tasks to finish, what to eat, or how to fit in exercise and family time. Some people plan in detail with calendars and reminders, while others only keep a rough mental list. I think time management is very important because modern life can become quite demanding, and without some structure, people may waste time or feel constantly under pressure. The changes people often make are usually connected to their routines, health, work, or relationships. For example, someone might decide to wake up earlier, reduce screen time, move to a new city, or look for a better job. Changing jobs frequently can be positive if a person is learning more, earning better, or escaping a toxic workplace, but if they change jobs too often without a clear reason, employers may question their commitment. In general, young people probably make changes more often because they are still exploring their identity, career path, and lifestyle. Older people may be more cautious because they have more responsibilities and may prefer stability. As for promotion opportunities, I don’t think age should be the main factor. Young employees may bring fresh ideas and energy, while older employees often have experience and judgment. The fairest approach is to promote people based on performance, leadership potential, and the value they bring to the company.
