Gợi ý & tài liệu
The internet has completely transformed communication because it makes it faster, cheaper, and much more flexible. In the past, people often had to wait days for a letter or pay a lot for an international phone call, but now we can send a message, make a video call, or share a document instantly. This is especially useful for families living in different countries, international businesses, and students who need to collaborate online. That said, good communication is not only about speaking or sending information. I think being a communicator and being a listener are equally important, but if I had to choose, I would say being a good listener is slightly more valuable. A person can speak confidently, but if they do not understand the other person’s needs or emotions, the conversation may not be effective. A good communicator should be clear, empathetic, organized, and able to adjust their language depending on the audience. For public speaking, people need confidence, strong preparation, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. They also need to structure their ideas logically, use their voice effectively, and read the audience’s reaction. People who often give speeches include politicians, teachers, business leaders, activists, and experts at conferences. In all these cases, listening still matters because a speaker who understands the audience can make the message much more relevant and persuasive.
