Gợi ý & tài liệu

I think many people find it difficult to relax because their minds are constantly switched on. Even when they are at home, they may still be thinking about deadlines, money, family responsibilities, or messages from work. Technology makes this worse because people can check emails or social media at any moment, so their brain never really gets a clean break. In some cultures, people also feel guilty when they rest, as if being busy all the time proves that they are responsible or successful. Exercise can help a lot because it releases stress, improves sleep, and gives people a healthier way to clear their head. In my country, some people do exercise after work, especially younger people who go to gyms, play badminton, or walk in parks. But many others are too tired after a long commute, so they just go home and sit in the living room, which is probably the place where families spend most of their time watching TV, eating snacks, or talking. I do think children and young people should learn how to relax, maybe through simple classes on breathing, stretching, time management, or dealing with pressure. These skills are just as useful as academic knowledge, especially now that students face so much competition. As for mental versus physical relaxation, I would say mental relaxation is slightly more important because if your mind is tense, your body rarely feels fully rested. Still, the two are connected, so the best kind of relaxation usually takes care of both.
