Gợi ý & tài liệu
Children often dream about jobs that look exciting, heroic, or easy to understand. For example, many young children say they want to be doctors, teachers, police officers, firefighters, pilots, or football players because these jobs are visible in daily life, in cartoons, or in the people they admire. Their choices are usually based more on imagination than reality, so a child may want to become a chef simply because they enjoy cooking with their parents, or a scientist because they like doing experiments at school. When people grow older, though, choosing a job becomes much more complicated. They need to think about their interests, strengths, personality, qualifications, working hours, career prospects, and the kind of lifestyle they want. A person who enjoys stability may prefer a secure office job, while someone who values creativity or independence might choose design, business, or freelancing. I think it is important to choose a job that matches both your abilities and your long-term goals. Salary is definitely an important factor because people need to pay bills, support their families, and feel that their work is valued. However, I do not think it should be the only reason. If someone chooses a job purely for money but hates the work, they may become stressed or burned out. Ideally, people should find a balance between decent pay, personal satisfaction, and opportunities for growth.
