Gợi ý & tài liệu
Children can help their parents in both practical and emotional ways. On a daily basis, they can do simple household chores like tidying their room, washing dishes, taking out the rubbish, or looking after younger siblings for a short time. These things may seem small, but they reduce the parents’ workload and teach children to be more responsible. Just as importantly, children can help by being considerate, for example listening when their parents are tired, following family rules, and not creating unnecessary stress at home. I do think children should help with household chores, as long as the tasks are age-appropriate. Schools can also play a role by teaching basic life skills such as cooking simple meals, cleaning properly, and managing personal belongings. This is not about turning children into unpaid workers; it is about helping them become independent and understand that family life requires cooperation. When adults are looking for a new job, they may need help with writing a strong CV, preparing for interviews, finding reliable job openings, and building professional connections. In that situation, colleagues may offer more useful career advice because they understand the industry, while family members can provide emotional support and encouragement. As for employees being reluctant to ask managers for help, I think many worry that they will look incompetent or weak. In some workplaces, people feel they have to solve everything alone, so they avoid asking questions even when guidance would actually improve their performance.
