A place I often go to relax is a small lakeside park about fifteen minutes from my house. It’s not a famous tourist spot or anything like that, but it has a quiet walking path, a few old trees, and some benches facing the water. What I like most is that it feels slightly removed from the noise of the city, even though it’s quite close to where I live. I usually go there once or twice a week, especially in the late afternoon after work or study. If I’ve had a stressful day, I’ll go there just to clear my head. I don’t normally plan it in advance; it’s more of a place I naturally turn to when I need a bit of breathing space. When I’m there, I normally take a slow walk around the lake, listen to music or a podcast, and sometimes just sit on a bench and watch people passing by. Occasionally, I bring a book, but to be honest, I often end up doing nothing in particular. That’s actually the point for me. It helps me slow down, put things into perspective, and feel more refreshed before going back to my normal routine.
