One place I visited with my friends where I had a really good time was a small beach town about two hours from my city. It wasn’t a very famous tourist destination, but that was actually part of its charm. We went there last summer, just after our exams had finished, so everyone was in the mood to relax and forget about studying for a while. We rented a small homestay near the beach and spent most of the day swimming, taking photos, and walking along the shore. In the evening, we bought fresh seafood from a local market and had a barbecue outside the homestay. We also stayed up quite late playing cards and talking about our plans for the future. I think I had such a good time there because the atmosphere was very carefree. There was no strict schedule, no pressure, and no need to impress anyone. It was just a simple trip, but being with close friends made it memorable. Looking back, I don’t remember every single activity we did, but I clearly remember the laughter and the feeling of being completely relaxed.
