Describe a person who you think wears unusual clothes

One person who immediately comes to mind is a guy I sometimes see at a weekend art market in my city. I don’t know him personally, but he really stands out because his clothes are completely different from what most people wear. While others usually turn up in jeans, T-shirts, or simple summer outfits, he often wears long patterned coats, wide trousers, colourful scarves, and sometimes even a vintage hat. His outfits look almost like a mixture of street fashion, theatre costume, and traditional clothing. What makes his style unusual is not just the individual items, but the way he combines them. For example, I once saw him wearing a bright orange coat with floral embroidery, black boots, silver rings, and a pair of round sunglasses. It sounds a bit over the top, but somehow it worked. He didn’t look messy or attention-seeking; he looked confident and artistic, as if every detail had been chosen carefully. I think he wears unusual clothes because he probably wants to express his personality rather than simply follow trends. In my opinion, that takes a lot of confidence, especially in a society where people can be quite judgemental about appearance. Personally, I admire him because his style makes the place feel more colourful and creative. Even though I wouldn’t dress like that myself, I think it’s refreshing to see someone who is brave enough to be visually distinctive.
