One time I received really good service was at a Uniqlo store in a shopping mall near my office. I went there about six months ago, just after work, because I needed to buy a smart but comfortable shirt for an important presentation the next morning. The store was quite busy at that time, so I expected the staff to be a bit rushed or not very attentive. However, one sales assistant noticed that I looked a little unsure and came over to help me. She asked what occasion I was shopping for, suggested a few colours that would look professional, and helped me find the right size without being pushy. When the shirt I liked was not available on the main rack, she checked the stockroom and found the last one in my size. She even explained how to match it with trousers and how to care for the fabric so it would not wrinkle easily. I felt genuinely impressed because the service was efficient but also very personal. It was not just about selling me something; she actually made the whole experience easier and less stressful. I left the shop feeling relieved and quite satisfied, and since then I have been more likely to return to that branch because I trust the staff there.
