One person who often helps others is my aunt, who works as a nurse in a public hospital. She is not the kind of person who makes a big show of her kindness, but in our family and in her neighbourhood, everyone knows she is someone they can rely on when they are in trouble. She helps people almost every day, partly because of her job and partly because it is just her nature. At work, she looks after patients, explains medical instructions to elderly people, and sometimes stays late if the ward is short-staffed. Outside work, she often checks on old neighbours, helps them buy medicine, or gives basic health advice when someone is worried but not sure whether they need to see a doctor. I think she helps others because she is genuinely compassionate. She once told me that small acts of support can make people feel less alone, especially when they are sick or stressed. What I admire most is that she never expects anything in return. She simply does what she can, even when she is tired. I feel a lot of respect and affection for her. To me, she is a quiet role model because she shows that helping others does not always require money or grand gestures. Sometimes, being patient, reliable, and willing to listen is already a huge help.
