One person who makes plans a lot is my older sister, Linh. She is in her late twenties and works as a project coordinator, so planning is almost part of her personality now. I have known her my whole life, of course, but I really noticed this habit when we started travelling together a few years ago. She plans almost everything in advance, from weekend family meals to long holidays. For example, before a trip, she will make a detailed itinerary, check the weather, book restaurants, compare transport options, and even prepare a backup plan in case something goes wrong. At work, she also uses calendars and task lists to keep track of deadlines and meetings. To be honest, I sometimes find it a bit exhausting because I am more spontaneous and I like leaving some room for surprises. However, I really admire her because her plans usually make life much smoother for everyone. Thanks to her, we rarely miss flights, forget important things, or waste time deciding what to do. I would say she is reliable, organised, and very thoughtful, even if she can be a little too detail-oriented at times.
