Gợi ý & tài liệu
Not really, I don’t often feel bored because I usually keep myself occupied with small goals, like reading, exercising, or learning something online. I think boredom usually hits me when I have too much free time but no clear purpose, so I try to plan my day a little bit instead of just scrolling on my phone for hours. When I was a child, I did sometimes find school boring, especially subjects that were taught in a very repetitive way. For example, if the teacher just asked us to copy things from the board, I would quickly lose interest. But if the lesson involved discussion, games, or experiments, I could stay engaged quite easily. These days, I find long waits, unnecessary meetings, and repetitive tasks the most boring because they don’t really challenge my mind. When I feel bored, I usually change my environment, listen to a podcast, go for a short walk, or do something productive. In my opinion, adulthood can be more boring than childhood if people fall into the same routine every day, but adults also have more freedom to make life interesting.
