Gợi ý & tài liệu

To relax, I usually do something simple and low-pressure, like going for a walk, listening to music, or making a cup of tea and sitting somewhere quiet. I find that I relax best when I can switch off from my phone for a while, because constant messages and notifications make it hard to properly unwind. I do think sports can be a good way to relax, especially if it is not too competitive. For example, swimming, yoga, or a casual game of badminton can help people release stress and clear their mind. Vacations are also a great time to relax, but only if they are not packed with too many activities. Sometimes a short break in a peaceful place is more relaxing than a busy trip abroad. Students definitely need more time to relax because many of them are under pressure from exams, assignments, and future plans. Personally, I do feel relaxed quite often, but it depends on my schedule. Music helps a lot, especially soft acoustic songs or instrumental music. I feel most relaxed in calm environments, such as a quiet park, a beach, or a clean, cozy room with natural light. I would say I am fairly cool-headed because I usually try to think before reacting, even when things are stressful.
