Gợi ý & tài liệu
I usually go to bed fairly early, around 10:30 or 11 p.m., because I find that I study much better when I’ve had enough sleep. Of course, if I have an important deadline or an exam coming up, I might stay up a bit later, but I try not to make it a habit because I feel less focused the next day. The part of my day I like best is the early evening, when I’ve finished my main tasks and can slow down a little. I might review some vocabulary, go for a short walk, or just listen to music. It feels like a nice transition between being productive and relaxing. I do think having a daily routine is really important for studying, especially for language learning. My routine is quite simple: I usually review vocabulary in the morning, practise listening or speaking in the afternoon, and do some reading before bed. I’ve changed my routine a few times, mainly when my schedule became busier, but I try to keep the basic structure consistent.
