Gợi ý & tài liệu
I’m quite into badminton because it’s fast-paced but not too physically aggressive. I usually play with friends at the weekend, and I like the fact that it gives me a proper workout without feeling like a boring fitness routine. It also helps me switch off after studying or working, so I see it as both exercise and stress relief. I first learned how to play it at school, mainly in PE classes, but I improved by playing with my cousins during holidays. When I was younger, I also tried football and swimming, although I was never seriously competitive. I just enjoyed moving around and being part of a team. I do think students need more exercise nowadays because many of them spend too much time sitting in front of screens. Schools should encourage sport, but in a balanced way, so students who are not naturally athletic don’t feel embarrassed. Personally, I think exercise is important for everyone because it builds stamina, improves mood, and helps people stay healthy in the long run.
