Gợi ý & tài liệu

Yes, actually, something quite simple made me feel happy recently. I caught up with an old friend over coffee after not seeing her for months, and it really lifted my mood. We didn’t do anything special, but the conversation felt warm and effortless, so I left feeling refreshed and grateful. When I was little, I used to feel happiest when my parents took me to the park or bought me a small toy. These days, I think happiness comes more from meaningful experiences than from material things. In the future, I imagine I’ll feel happy if I can stay healthy, do work I genuinely enjoy, and spend enough time with the people I care about. At work, I feel happy when I finish a difficult task or receive positive feedback, because it gives me a real sense of progress. Buying new things can make me happy for a short while, especially if it’s something useful, but I don’t think that kind of happiness lasts very long. Now, hobbies like reading, walking, and cooking make me feel calm and content.
