Yes, I usually make plans, especially when I have a lot on my plate. I don’t plan every tiny detail, but I like having a rough structure for my day, such as what I need to finish in the morning, what can wait until later, and which tasks are the most urgent. It helps me feel more in control and less stressed. I’d say my time management is fairly good, although it depends on the situation. On a normal day, I can manage my time quite well by using a to-do list and setting priorities. But when unexpected things come up, or when I underestimate how long something will take, it becomes harder to stick to my schedule. Personally, I prefer doing things step by step rather than making a very detailed long-term plan. Long-term goals are useful, but if the plan is too rigid, I feel pressured. I find it more realistic to break a big goal into smaller tasks and deal with them one at a time.
