Gợi ý & tài liệu
On a typical weekday evening, I usually try to wind down after work or study. I’ll have dinner, reply to a few messages, and then do something fairly low-key, like watching a series, reading a few pages of a book, or going for a short walk if the weather is nice. I don’t like packing my evenings with too many plans because I need that time to recharge. My weekends are a bit different. I’m more likely to go out for dinner, meet friends, or stay up later watching a film. When I was younger, my evenings were much more structured because I had homework and fixed family routines, whereas now I have more freedom to choose how I spend my time. One thing I don’t really like doing in the evening is dealing with serious work or difficult decisions. My brain is usually tired by then, so I prefer to leave anything demanding for the morning. Overall, I’d say I like evenings more than mornings because they feel more relaxed and personal.
