What do you think your best personal qualities are? [Why?]

I’d say my best personal qualities are that I’m quite conscientious and easy to work with. I usually take my responsibilities seriously, whether it’s studying, helping someone, or finishing a task on time. I’m also fairly patient, so I don’t get frustrated too quickly when things go wrong. I think I share some qualities with my parents, especially my mother’s reliability and my father’s calm attitude under pressure. That said, I’m probably more open about my feelings than they are, because my generation is more used to talking about emotions and personal goals. In a friend, I really value honesty and empathy. I don’t need someone to agree with me all the time, but I do want them to be sincere and considerate. As for leadership, I think I have some of the right qualities, like being organised and willing to listen. I may not be the most dominant person in the room, but I think a good leader should bring out the best in others, not just give orders.
