Gợi ý & tài liệu
I’d say I walk a moderate amount in my daily life, but not as much as I probably should. On a normal weekday, I walk to nearby shops, around my workplace or campus, and sometimes in the evening if I need to clear my head. It’s not a huge part of my routine, but I try to fit in short walks whenever I can instead of taking a motorbike or a car for very short distances. When I was at school, I definitely walked more than I do now. I used to walk between classrooms, to the school gate, and sometimes home with my friends. These days, because I spend more time studying or working indoors, walking has become more of a conscious choice rather than something that happens naturally. Near where I live, there are a few nice places for a walk, such as a small park, some quiet residential streets, and a riverside path. The park is the best option because there’s shade, benches, and a bit of greenery, which makes the walk feel more relaxing. As for a walking holiday, yes, I’d be open to it, especially somewhere scenic like the countryside, mountains, or an old European city. I’m not sure I’d enjoy a very intense hiking trip, but a holiday where I could explore places on foot at a comfortable pace sounds really appealing.
