Gợi ý & tài liệu
Yes, I do like making plans, although I wouldn’t say I plan every single detail of my life. I usually make a rough plan for my day or week because it helps me feel more organized and less stressed. For example, if I know I have work, study, and some personal errands, I prefer to arrange them in advance instead of dealing with everything at the last minute. I mostly use my cellphone to make plans because it’s convenient and always with me. I use the calendar app for important deadlines and reminders, but sometimes I still write a short to-do list on paper when I need to focus. I find that writing things down by hand makes them feel more concrete. The biggest benefit of making plans is that it helps me manage my time more effectively. It also gives me a clear sense of direction, so I don’t waste too much energy deciding what to do next. Of course, plans can change, but having a basic schedule makes me more productive and calm.
