Have you ever sent a thank you card to others?

Yes, I have, although I don’t do it very often. A few years ago, I sent a thank you card to one of my teachers after she helped me prepare for an important exam. I felt that a text message was a bit too casual, so I wanted to write something more personal and meaningful. In my country, people do say “thank you” quite often, especially in daily situations like receiving help, buying something, or being served in a restaurant. However, sending thank you cards is not very common nowadays because most people prefer quick messages online. I usually say thank you when someone gives me advice, helps me with a problem, or simply does something thoughtful for me. I think people need to say thank you because it shows appreciation and respect. It also makes relationships warmer, because even a small expression of gratitude can make the other person feel valued.
