Gợi ý & tài liệu

Yes, I did puzzles quite a lot when I was a child. I remember doing jigsaw puzzles with my cousins during school holidays, and I also enjoyed simple word searches in children’s magazines. At that age, I didn’t think of puzzles as brain training; they were just a fun way to pass the time. These days, I usually do puzzles when I feel bored or when I’m travelling, especially on a long flight or train journey. They help me switch off from my phone for a while. I prefer word puzzles to number puzzles because I enjoy playing with language, although number puzzles like Sudoku can be more challenging for me because they require more logical thinking. I definitely think puzzles are good for older people. They can keep the mind active, improve concentration, and give people a small sense of achievement. Of course, they shouldn’t be too stressful, but as a light daily activity, puzzles can be both relaxing and mentally stimulating.
