Gợi ý & tài liệu
I’d say I’m reasonably good at memorising things, especially if they’re connected to something meaningful. For example, I can remember people’s stories, birthdays, or useful information quite well, but I’m not great at memorising random numbers or long lists without writing them down. I have forgotten something important before. Once, I completely forgot about a deadline for a school assignment, and I only realised it the night before. Since then, I’ve become much more organised and I try not to rely only on my memory. In my daily life, I need to remember appointments, passwords, tasks for work or study, and small things like buying groceries. To remember important things, I usually set reminders on my phone, make quick notes, and repeat key information a few times. I think having a system is more reliable than just trusting your memory.
