Gợi ý & tài liệu

I try to take a short break every couple of hours, especially when I’m studying or working on something mentally demanding. I’ve realised that if I push myself for too long without stopping, my concentration drops quite quickly, so even a five- or ten-minute pause can make a big difference. When I’m resting, I usually step away from my desk, stretch a little, drink some water, or scroll through my phone for a few minutes. If I have more time, I might go for a short walk because it helps me clear my head and feel less stuck. I don’t always take a nap, but I do sometimes, particularly after lunch or when I haven’t slept well the night before. I try to keep it short, around twenty minutes, because a long nap can make me feel groggy. After a short nap, I usually feel much more refreshed and alert. It’s like my brain has been reset, and I can return to my tasks with better focus and a calmer mood.
