Gợi ý & tài liệu
Yes, I have, though not in a formal full-time job. When I was at university, I volunteered at a community centre where we helped elderly people use smartphones, fill in online forms, and join simple exercise activities. At first, I was a bit nervous because I didn’t know how to communicate naturally with them, but I soon found that most of them were very warm and patient. I’m definitely happy to work with people who are older than me. They often have a calmer attitude and a lot of life experience, so conversations with them can be quite meaningful. Of course, sometimes I need to speak more slowly or explain technology step by step, but I don’t see that as a problem. I think the biggest benefit is perspective. Older people can share stories, advice, and practical wisdom that younger people might not have yet. I do enjoy spending time with them, especially my grandparents, because it makes me feel more grounded and reminds me to slow down a bit in my daily life.
