Yes, I have, but not very often. I’m usually quite reserved in public, so I don’t normally start long conversations with strangers. That said, I’ve had a few brief chats while waiting for a bus or standing in a queue, especially if something funny or unusual happens around us. For example, once I talked to an elderly man at a bus stop because the bus was badly delayed, and we ended up chatting about the traffic and local shops. I do wear headphones in public places quite a lot, especially when I’m on public transport or walking alone, because they help me relax and avoid unnecessary noise. However, I usually keep the volume low so I can still be aware of my surroundings. Yes, I’d definitely like to see more public places near where I live, particularly parks, walking areas, and community spaces. They make a neighbourhood feel more lively and give people somewhere affordable to relax. I also go to public places with my friends from time to time, usually cafés, shopping centres, or parks, but I wouldn’t say it’s an everyday habit.
