Gợi ý & tài liệu
Yes, I do like getting up early, although I wouldn’t say I’m naturally a morning person. If I wake up early, I feel like I have a head start on the day, and everything feels a bit calmer. I usually make a cup of coffee, check my schedule, and do some light reading or exercise before I start studying or working. When I was little, my mornings were much more structured. My parents would wake me up, and I would have breakfast, get dressed, and go to school. I didn’t really have much choice because I had to follow a routine. Now, I’m more independent, so I can decide how to spend my morning, but I still try to keep it productive. There is definitely a difference between weekdays and weekends. On weekdays, my mornings are more purposeful because I need to get ready for my responsibilities. On weekends, I’m more relaxed, and I might sleep in a bit or have a slow breakfast. I think that balance is important because it helps me stay disciplined without feeling too stressed.
